Earlier this week, Britney, 42, posted the video to her Instagram Stories while hanging out inside her $7million home in Los Angeles, California.

The Toxic hitmaker started off the video by sitting in her bed surrounded by her pets and wearing Therabody RecoveryAir – which is a compression system that people can use to recharge their legs – and can range from $599 to $1,299.

Britney explained how it worked, and why she was wearing them, and then showed off her dog.

The A-list celebrity said: “I danced for five hours yesterday. I had no idea about this, I had a friend who told me about it actually bought it for me and I was like ‘What the f**k is this s**t? I would never ever buy this for myself.’

“To whoever the genius who got this, thank you. It’s absolutely lovely so it really does what it says it recovers your body and your legs when you’ve been on your feet for a long time.”

Her latest video comes after the news broke about Britney being banned from a Los Angeles hotel.

HOTEL MISHAP

This week, it was reported by The U.S. Sun that Britney was allegedly banned from the Four Seasons in Los Angeles after guests complained about her “bizarre behavior” and stripping off by the pool.

Three sources exclusively confirmed to The U.S. Sun that staff at the Westlake Village resort have been driven crazy by the pop star’s antics for the past year.

The best-selling author was a longtime guest at the five-star family-friendly hotel, which is just minutes from her home in Thousand Oaks.

The 42-year-old star previously shared photographs of her naked on Instagram while covering her breasts as she relaxed in a hotel suite during one stay.

Britney even spent her wedding night at the Four Seasons with her best friend and manager Cade Hudson rather than with ex Sam Asghari, a source previously told The U.S. Sun.

Insiders said she is a big fan of booking into the spa and beauty retreat, as the hotel has a huge indoor pool, massage, and treatments available for guests.

‘BIZARRE AND ANNOYING’

But it appears the singer is currently not welcome on the premises after leaving staff no choice but to temporarily ban her.

“Britney has been going to the Four Seasons in Westlake Village for years, but she’s been causing a headache for staff recently,” one insider told The U.S. Sun.

“In the past year, she’s been banned from the hotel, unbanned, and is now banned again.

“Some guests have complained about her going topless by the pool and making them feel uncomfortable, and her behavior is often bizarre and annoying.

“Staff have talked about it throughout the whole hotel and it’s really unfortunate, but she’s not allowed on there at the moment, certainly not the spa.”

The source added, “Britney might be an A-list celebrity but she can’t run around doing whatever she wants at the Four Seasons.

“It sees a lot of high profile guests and rich guests checking in who spend thousands there, whether it be for a business trip or leisure and they don’t want to be made to feel awkward.”

The U.S. Sun sent multiple requests for comment to Britney’s reps and the Four Seasons in Westlake Village.

Britney’s rep eventually claimed the story was “not true,” but the Four Seasons has remained radio silent.

CLAPPING BACK

Brit seemingly responded to The U.S. Sun’s exclusive via Instagram on Tuesday after it was reported that she was making other hotel guests “uncomfortable.”

In the Instagram clip, the pop singer was wearing what appeared to be a gold showgirl outfit.

The base of the mini dress was a peach color, but it was covered in a sparkly design made of gold rhinestones.

The bottom of the dress was covered in fringe, and the top was a halter top with a deep v-neck.

She accessorized with a black choker necklace and black high heels, and the straps of her black bra were on display.

Britney was stepping back and forth in the video while smiling and posing for the camera.

Her steps on the tile floor could be heard echoing through the video as she stepped into different positions.

She captioned the post: “Awkward silence… I love making people uncomfortable… here’s to gold.”
