Scott Minto is really not impressed with how one Chelsea player strikes the ball during games.
Chelsea have a set of really talented attackers, including Cole Palmer and Raheem Sterling.
However, this season, their records in front of goal are not the greatest. While Palmer has done pretty well, scoring 11 times in the Premier League, the likes of Sterling and Mykhailo Mudryk can improve.
The former has scored just six goals in the top flight, while the latter has only managed four.
Minto has now criticised Sterling, who has recently been linked with a move to MLS, for the way he strikes the ball.

What has Scott Minto said about Raheem Sterling?
According to Minto, Sterling does not hit the ball well enough and should not be taking penalties or free-kicks for Mauricio Pochettino‘s side.
Speaking about the 29-year-old on talkSPORT, the former Chelsea defender said: “Raheem Sterling missed a one-on-one [versus Leicester City]; he missed a penalty where he shouldn’t really have taken it in the first place. It should’ve been given to Cole Palmer.
“Remember that penalty he scored against Manchester City at Stamford Bridge and he handled all the pressure against his former team, in the last minute with everyone watching and he was able to handle it?
“And Raheem Sterling, as good a player as he is and it seems ridiculous to say, because I’d hate to have marked him, but he’s never really struck the ball really well as a professional footballer. So I wouldn’t have him on free-kicks or penalties.”
Is Raheem Sterling injured?
Sterling was not called up to Gareth Southgate’s England squad, missing the Three Lions’ 1-0 defeat against Brazil at Wembley yesterday as a result.
The former Manchester City star, though, is not currently injured and has just been overlooked by his national team boss.
It has become a recurring theme now with the £50m wide man having not played for his country since the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
It now looks like Sterling will miss Euro 2024, with Paul Merson convinced that Southgate will not take him to Germany this summer.
It would be a hugely disappointing development for the Chelsea player, but he will admit that his form this season has not been great. Sterling needs a ridiculously strong end to the campaign if he is to have any hope of winning an England recall.
