Weaver acknowledged the cumulative cinematic strength of herself and her two peers, throwing in a pop reference the crowd enjoyed.

‘The three of us make a powerful combination,’ Weaver said, ‘and just now we decided that after the show, we’re gonna start our own fight club!’

Weaver chimed in, ‘Kidding aside, we just want to stand here together and say all women are superheroes.’
