Travis Barker got candid about his involvement with the ongoing feud between his wife Kourtney Kardashian and her sister Kim Kardashian.
Fans recently speculated that Travis’ past crush on Kim — which he detailed in his 2016 memoir Can I Say — led to a falling out between the reality star siblings.
‘You give people a little information and they think they’ve solved the mystery of “this is why they’re fighting,”‘ he told The Los Angeles Times on Sunday. ‘It’s just so ridiculous.’
In the tome, Travis recalled ‘secretly checking out Kim’ in 2006 while she was Paris Hilton‘s stylist and telling a friend: ‘I don’t care if she’s the closet girl, she’s f—ing hot.’
Travis continued to deny any wrongdoing to the LA Times, saying, ‘It’s like, “Kourtney’s fans are worried about Travis. He’s a womanizer.” Stop it’.

‘I obviously shared all that stuff because I wanted to move past it. It was therapeutic for me. … That’s her sister. She knows we used to talk. Nothing bad was going on.’
Kim and Kourtney’s row began last season when Kim collaborated with Dolce & Gabbana on a nineties themed collection, which Kourtney insisted was copying her wedding theme, which she hosted in Postitano, Italy, months earlier.
And Kourtney was left unimpressed after learning her sisters had a ‘Not Kourtney’ chat to discuss her on the volatile season four premiere of The Kardashians.
During a heated phone conversation, Kim claimed that Kourtney’s close friends had also joined her ‘Not Kourtney’ WhatsApp chat to discuss her.
Kim confronted Kourtney over the phone about concerns over changes in her personality since her May 2022 marriage to drummer Travis.
‘You’re a different person. We all talk about it,’ Kim told Kourtney, referring to the group that included sisters Khloe, Kendall and Kylie.
‘We’re all confused, and we’re on a group chat that’s actually labeled “Not Kourtney”.’
Kim also claimed Kourtney’s children Mason, Penelope, and Reign had ]all ‘come to [her] with problems they have’ about their mom.
Not to blame: ‘You give people a little information and they think they’ve solved the mystery of “this is why they’re fighting,”‘ he told The Los Angeles Times on Sunday. ‘It’s just so ridiculous’
No truth to it: Travis continued to deny any wrongdoing to the LA Times, saying, ‘It’s like, “Kourtney’s fans are worried about Travis. He’s a womanizer.” Stop it’
Innocent fun: ‘I obviously shared all that stuff because I wanted to move past it. It was therapeutic for me. … That’s her sister. She knows we used to talk. Nothing bad was going on.’
The interaction ended with a tearful Kourtney calling Kim an ‘egotistical narcissist’ and telling her, ‘You’re just a witch and I hate you.’
However, the sisters appeared to have buried the hachet, at least temporarily, as they complimented each other online during Kim’s recent birthday.
Meanwhile, Travis gushed about his expectant wife to the LA Times, giving Kourtney credit for him being able to fly again after he survived a tragic plane crash in 2008.
‘ think the power of love really helped me,’ he said. ‘Kourt made it so I fly, my kids fly now. She healed us.’
