Jude Bellingham poses for selfies as adoring fans swarm Real Madrid star and his mum during Christmas shopping trip

Jude Bellingham’s stardom is clear to see both on and off the pitch as he was mobbed by fans whilst shopping with his mum in Madrid.

Bellingham was already proving his talent at Borussia Dortmund, but a switch to Los Blancos has seen him take his game to another level.

The 20-year-old’s outstretched arm goal celebration has been a quick hit with fans, with tennis legend Novak Djokovic appearing to pull it off last month.

Madrid’s latest star has becoming incredibly popular among their own supporters and others around the world.

And even when he’s not on the pitch at the Bernabeu, fans are desperate to snap a picture with him at any opportunity.

It’s fair to say he’s a popular figure in the Spanish capital, and he can’t even complete his shopping without being adored.

In a video posted on TikTok, Bellingham can be seen on the streets of Madrid with his mum Denise ahead on a pre-Christmas shopping trip.

Whilst waiting to cross the road, a large number of fans surrounded him and looked at the England international in awe.

A couple of fans in the clip were lucky enough to get selfies with Bellingham while a stunned Denise waited patiently to cross.

Bellingham has equalled and broken many Madrid records so far this season, including the most goals in his first 15 appearances with 14.

He sits on 17 goals in 20 matches overall, with the midfielder also assisting for his teammates on five occasions.

Madrid play their final match of 2023 on Thursday night in LaLiga against Alaves, with Bellingham set to star once again.

Should he maintain his sensational form for the European giants, then selfies with him will become even more prized possessions.
