A brilliant Nigerian lady named Farida Amodu has bagged an Accounting degree with first class at that University of Lagos, Nigeria and was awarded with two scholarships.
Farida obtained her bachelors degree in Accounting at the University of Lagos in Nigeria with first class honors.She shared her achievement of bagging the degree stating all of her accomp0lishments.
Farida shared that she did not graduate from the university with a first class, she earned 4 internships with global organizations in Finance and Consulting and two scholarships.
She also co-led two impact projects in Lagos under a nonprofit community with over 500 beneficiaries. While in the university, she was chosen as part of the first cohort of the Africans Who Invest Fellowship Program according to her LinkedIn.
The Africans Who Invest fellowship is a program that aims to provide high-achieving African undergraduate students with the resources to enable them to improve financial literacy across the African continent.
She was also one of the 740 interns chosen across 33 countries for the 2023 Internship Cohort at Mastercard. Farida worked with Mastercard as an Associate Consulting Intern for nine weeks.
