As Joss Gets Wrapped Up In Adam, Dex Loses His Balance To The Dark Side

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease Josslyn ‘Joss’ Jacks (Eden McCoy) has been sidelined enough since starting college, but it appears there is no relief in sight for her.

Just when she thought things were bound to get better for her friend, Adam Wright (Joshua Benard), they took a turn for the worse when he tried to end his life right in front of her. That trauma is going to stick with Joss as her instincts to be his savior kick into overdrive.

She can’t stop blaming herself for not seeing this coming sooner, and no matter how many well-intentioned friends explain there was nothing she can do, she’ll make it her mission to ensure it doesn’t happen again.

Fans are wondering: How will Joss’ obsessive interest in Adam’s well-being dim her relationship with Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) — and what might he do with his time when he’s not scoring enough with his girlfriend?

General Hospital Spoilers — Adam Wright’s Parents Come Into The Picture

Adam won’t be able to thank Joss enough for helping him, but there are bound to be some serious ups and downs in his future.

When Joss realizes he’s putting on his best face for his parents while secretly still struggling, she’ll take it upon herself to make sure he gets back on his feet at school.

The mounting pressure of attaining perfection won’t be something she’s all that skilled at helping him secure, and convincing Adam he doesn’t need to live his life to please his parents will be a tall order. Truthfully, Joss is out of her depth.

GH Spoilers – Suggest College Ramps Up

Joss already attempted to get Adam to talk to the RA at the dorms, and that didn’t go so well.

This time around, there won’t be any denying that Adam has issues, and he may have to make some compromises — like counseling — to be permitted to continue attending school this semester.

Adam is likely to take this as a blow to his intellectual ability and assume everyone thinks less of him for trying to end it all.

The social anxiety and self-esteem problems will continue to mount, and it may start to look like Joss needs some counseling every bit as much as Adam does.

General Hospital Spoilers — Dex Heller Dabbles In Darkness

Meanwhile, as Joss is busy trying to keep a watchful eye over Adam every waking minute, Dex is going to leave her to it.

He’s not as concerned as he used to be about Adam’s behavior; rather, he trusts Joss’ ability to take care of herself better now.

Dex is going to be rather distracted in the months ahead as he vies for Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) and tries to prove himself the best right-hand man he’s ever had.

That may be a challenge after Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) returns to town. Will Dex’s downward spiral into the mob lead Joss to pull away just when she should be leaning on him the most?

Will her own crumbling relationship make it all too easy to lean on Adam — and lead him on in a vulnerable state? Stay tuned for more GH news and spoilers as things are about to get messy!

The light in Wolfy’s eyes went out and his warmth, softness and presence receded into the landscape of my memory. I would never kiss his fur again, feel his warmth, or his reassuring presence leaning firmly against my knee.

The light in Wolfy’s eyes went out and his warmth, softness and presence receded into the landscape of my memory. I would never kiss his fur again, feel his warmth, or his reassuring presence leaning firmly against my knee. My dearest companion was gone. I bent double and let out a long and primal scream. Someone handed me a glass. Our neighbourhood’s much-loved vet, Andrew Carmichael, was there holding a stiff whisky and also wiping away tears. Now in his 80s, Andrew has euthanised countless animals, yet…’This job gets harder, not easier,’ he said. ‘Here’s to dear Wolfy and to the others that follow. You will love many more dogs in your life.’
