The Super Bowl champion couldn’t hide his excitement as his girlfriend’s hit song came on at the XS Nightclub
Travis Kelce is living a “Love Story” — and baby, he’s saying yes!
The Kansas City Chiefs tight end, 34, spent Saturday night in Las Vegas with his team celebrating their Super Bowl win yet again, and while his girlfriend, Taylor Swift, couldn’t be there to party in person, she was certainly there in spirit.
In a video captured by XS Nightclub at Wynn Las Vegas, where the team was partying, Kelce is seen getting excited as “Love Story” by Swift, 34, plays in the club. Marshmello, meanwhile, stood atop the DJ booth behind Kelce and several other members of the Chiefs as the entire crowd sang along to Swift’s 2008 hit.
Kelce had a water bottle and a towel in his hand as he pumped his fists in the air in tempo with the beat, then jumping up and down during the song’s chorus.
Along with Swift’s popular tune, the Chiefs also appropriately sang along to Queen’s “We Are The Champions” with quarterback and Super Bowl MVP Patrick Mahomes front and center onstage, as he and his teammates relished in their success.
The Chiefs’ latest celebration took place just two weeks after a similar moment was shared in Las Vegas, when Kelce was joined by his girlfriend in person.
The couple partied together at the XS Nightclub following the Chiefs’ win over the San Francisco 49ers and, similarly to Saturday night, Marshmello was in attendance behind the DJ booth while “Love Story” played.
When her song came on, Swift and Kelce shared an adorable moment together, dancing and singing the lyrics to each other, per videos shared by Swift fans on X (formerly Twitter).
In one clip, they jumped along to a remix of the track, serenading each other with the lyrics, including “You’ll be the prince and I’ll be the princess,” while pointing at each other.
After claiming each of the song’s royal roles, Kelce leaned in for a kiss. The singer — who was wearing her beau’s sparkly Amiri jacket — obliged, wrapping her arms around the NFL star.
In a different video taken inside the club, the couple danced to the track again, further fueling the rom-com couple comparisons by, once again, sealing the sweet moment with a smooch.
“Love Story” wasn’t the only song of Swift’s that played that night. When “You Belong with Me,” also from Fearless, came on, Kelce was spotted in another video searching for Swift in the crowd as he sang along to the lyrics, “Why can’t you see you belong with me?”
After finding his girlfriend in the crowd, Swift reciprocated the love, pointing at Kelce in the booth as she also sang along to the catchy chorus.
Swift has since departed the U.S. and performed her third show in Sydney, Australia, on Sunday. When she kicked off her Australian leg of the Eras Tour, Kelce was in attendance to support her as he enjoyed the show from the VIP booth, along with her dad, Scott Swift, Katy Perry and Rita Ora.
The athlete was spotted dancing and singing along to her back-to-back hits as he watched the show for the third time. (He also visited her in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in November, and originally saw the show in Kansas City in July.)
After the show, the pair were captured sharing a kiss in a sweet video shared on X. In it, Kelce was seen waiting patiently for his other half as she waved to the audience, before wrapping her arms around him and planting a kiss on his lips.
The couple then walked away together as fans cheered
