He’s come a long way since then, but that was his first foray into the real estate market. The Mirror claims that he spent around £7.5 million on houses in 2019 and 2020, for a total of almost £10 million on new residences.

Joshua has already signed a few young talents to his management business, 258 Management, and is taking steps to become a promoter. However, he has also entered the real estate industry by establishing 258 Investments, which manage his real estate business.

He owns more than a dozen houses, three in Watford valued at a total of £1.5 million, and one in north London valued at £1 million.
