The “Vanderpump Rules” star snapped up a brand-new $3.1 million mansion in the San Fernando Valley last month, according to real estate records obtained by TMZ on Friday.
Kent, 33, purchased the five-bedroom and three-and-a-half-bathroom home just weeks before announcing she was pregnant with baby No. 2.

The 4,103-square-foot mansion sits on a large lot inside a gated community and features a two-bed-two-bath guest house in the backyard.
The main home has “soaring double-height ceilings,” a gourmet kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances and an indoor-outdoor floor plan.
The outdoor oasis — complete with a pool, sports court, outdoor kitchenette and a chic firepit — flows right into the main living space via retractable sliding glass doors, making the property an entertainer’s dream.
Although the “VPR” star is sober, the home also features a wine room.

Kent, who previously lived in an apartment with 3-year-old daughter Ocean, announced the exciting news on her podcast, “Give Them Lala,” last month.
“I bought a home in LA,” she shared, noting that “being a homeowner is very strange and weird, but also awesome.”
While she has loved having her own space, Kent explained that she missed the feeling of security while living in a large complex.
“I love apartment living for one reason and one reason only and that is because I like the amount of security that you have to go through to get to one’s apartment,” Kent said.

“I liked the odds of me getting robbed versus me not getting robbed,” she joked.
Despite her slight safety concerns, Kent said her daughter has been loving the new space, especially now that she has her own playroom.

A few weeks later, Kent gave her Instagram followers a glimpse inside her lavish new digs, which she decorated in mostly neutral colors.
Kent hung a black-and-white photo of two horses above a modern gray couch, which she said “completely elevated the space.”
Kent and her daughter, Ocean, previously lived in an apartment; however, she also owns a vacation home in Palm Springs.lala/Instagram Despite her new digs, the soon-to-be mother of two does not plan on selling the vacation spot.lala/InstagramWhat do you think? Post a comment.
Although she had two leopard print accent chairs in the room, Kent noted that she would eventually swap them out for something different.
“It’s all coming together! I have, like, a real adult home … it’s so wild!” the Bravolebrity told her followers.
Kent also owns a luxe Palm Springs vacation pad, which she will keep despite acquiring a new one.
“Yes. This house is my sanctuary,” she wrote atop a photo of Ocean playing in a backyard pool earlier this month. “There is nothing like the desert.”
While Kent previously lived in a different part of Los Angeles, most of her “VPR” co-stars live in the Valley. However, Ariana Madix recently moved out of the area and into a $1.6 million home in the Hollywood Hills.
