Roronoa Zoro is a member of the Straw Hat Pirates. He is a talented fighter, who aims to become the greatest swordsman in the world. Zoro was confirmed to be a user of all three types of Haki in Wano.

While fighting Kaido, he subconsciously applied Conqueror’s Haki to his attacks. With time, Zoro’s control has improved, but he still has a long way to go before he can fully master his Conqueror’s Haki.

6. Boa Hancock

Boa Hancock is often overlooked in power-scaling debates, but the reality is that she is among the strongest characters in One Piece. The key reason for her strength is the Mero Mero no Mi. It allows Hancock to petrify any person.

When it comes to Haki, it is plausible to assume that she is well-versed in using Haki. The Kuja Tribe is renowned for its Haki, and since Hancock is the best fighter among the tribe, it makes sense for her to have great Haki.

Silvers Rayleigh was the right-hand man of Gol D. Rayleigh. He traveled with Roger until the latter achieved his goal of claiming the One Piece. Despite his old age, Rayleigh was able to fight against a Marine Admiral without any problems. So, it is safe to say that his powers would have been on a different level in his prime.

Rayleigh is able to use all three types of Haki, and he is proficient enough to teach them to others. Rayleigh can use advanced versions of at least two types of Haki. However, it is unknown whether he can do the same with Conqueror’s Haki.

3. Sengoku

Sengoku is the former Fleet Admiral of the Marines. Under his guidance, the Marines managed to win the Summit War against the Whitebeard Pirates. Despite the success, Sengoku stepped down from his position and became an instructor.

Sengoku is one of two known Marines who possess all three types of Haki. He was confirmed as a Conqueror’s Haki user way before his friend, Monkey D. Garp. Sengoku hasn’t had the chance to show off his powers, but fans already know that he is a powerful fighter. In fact, his strength was acknowledged by Gol D. Roger, who stated that Sengoku and Garp were the only Marines who could give him a challenge.

2. Monkey D. Luffy

Monkey D. Luffy is among the most well-known pirates in the world. Luffy started his journey to become the Pirate King at a very young age, but he had no knowledge of Haki and its applications. It wasn’t until after the Summit War that Luffy learned how to use Haki.

It didn’t take long for Luffy to understand how it worked, and he began to incorporate it into Devil Fruit attacks. Originally, Luffy could only use the basic versions of all Haki types, but with experience, he managed to learn all advanced variants. Currently, Luffy can infuse Conqueror’s Haki into his attacks to deal devastating damage to his opponents. With the help of his Future Sight, Luffy can dodge any fatal attacks. By the end of the series, Luffy will indubitably become the best user of all three types of Haki.

Shanks possesses all three types of Haki, and he is proficient in all of them. Shanks’ Conqueror’s Haki has the special power of blocking another person from using their Future Sight. With this ability, Shanks can nullify a crucial weapon in his enemy’s arsenal. He can also combine his Armament and Conqueror’s Haki to boost the power of his attacks. With a single strike, Shanks was able to beat Eustass Kid and almost his entire crew. This shows that the Yonko is not to be trifled with.
