Mason Mount was observed with a mystery blonde woman on Wednesday, who accompanied him to find his Land Rover Defender, which was being ticketed for parking.
The Manchester United midfielder has had a disappointing debut season at Old Trafford following a £60 million summer transfer from Chelsea.
Mount has missed the majority of the season due to a calf injury, appearing in only 12 Premier League games for Erik ten Hag’s team.
Mount was observed in Altrincham town centre with an unknown woman before United’s game against Sheffield United on Wednesday night.
The duo appeared to be in good spirits as they headed back to his £120,000 Range Rover, only to find a traffic warden slamming a parking ticket on it.
The England midfielder did not appear to argue much as he and his passenger fled.
Mount announced the end of his five-year relationship with model Chloe Wealleans-Watts in 2022. He stated that ‘football is his focus’ as the Three Lions prepare for the 2022 World Cup.
According to Tatler, he has been out on dates’sometimes’ after his breakup, but only ‘when he comes up to London’.
She and Mason are thought to have met in 2017 and began dating immediately after, taking many lavish trips together.
Mount will be hoping for better luck against the Blades if he is assessed healthy enough to play after missing Sunday’s dramatic FA Cup semi-final victory over Coventry City.
He has missed 28 games this season, including the Wembley match. Mount has played less than half a game in five appearances since returning from injury in the 4-3 FA Cup quarter-final victory against Liverpool on March 17.
This includes 32 minutes in the Premier League, including a cameo and his sole goal of the season in a 1-1 tie with Brentford.
Earlier this month, Ten Hag denied that Mount’s move to Old Trafford was spurred by Chelsea’s wish to offload him last summer, rather than the midfielder’s willingness.
His departure from Stamford Bridge after a lengthy contract standoff with Chelsea, with Mount sold with only a year remaining on his contract after the two parties were unable to reach an agreement.
ESPN reported that Mount’s departure was considered as the ideal solution to create much-needed cash, considering the 25-year-old’s status as an academy product and the club’s need to raise funds following a huge transfer outlay last season.
“I don’t think Chelsea wanted to sell him,” Ten Hag stated ahead of his team’s 4-3 loss to the Blues. ‘They wanted to keep him and offered him a new contract numerous times. But he wanted to take this move.
‘He’s an excellent football player. First and foremost, he has to get and stay fit.
