One of Taylor Swift’s iconic backdrops from the “Blank Space” music video, the Woolworth Estate (Winfield Hall) in Long Island, New York, is hitting the auction block, and Swifties with at least $7M to spare can own a piece of history.

Previously listed at $19.95M, the estate, handled by Max Spann Real Estate & Auction Company, is guaranteed to sell for $7M or more during the auction on July 12, as reported by HouseBeautiful.com.

Fans of Taylor Swift may recall the mansion’s interiors featured in the “Blank Space” video, with scenes in the Music Room and Foyer. The 12-bedroom estate, built for entrepreneur Frank Winfield Woolworth in 1915-1916, is a historic gem designed by American architect C.P.H. Gilbert. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1979, ensuring its preservation.

Spread across 32,098 square feet on over 16 acres of land, the mansion includes a clock tower building with an 11-car garage. The estate, representing one of the few privately owned mansions from the Gilded Age, boasts sweeping lawns and classic statuary.

During the filming of “Blank Space,” Swift left her mark on the mansion with a piece of tape on a marble step near the entrance, guiding her during scenes. The auction is facilitated by the late former owner Martin T. Carey, a historical preservationist who owned the property from 1978 until his passing last year.

The Woolworth Estate auction, taking place between July 12 and July 14, offers Swift enthusiasts the chance to own a slice of pop culture history. The opulent furnishings, including a Versace dining set, will be auctioned separately.
