Fifteen years after the events of the first film, Smithโs character, the cynical but brilliant Detective Del Spooner, finds himself once again at the forefront of a technological threat that could spell doom for all of humanity. Thrust into a future where androids have become an inextricable part of everyday life, Spooner must confront his own deep-seated mistrust of artificial intelligence as he unravels a sinister plot that could bring civilisation crashing down.
