Jennifer Aniston is usually a very private person who does not invite fans into her personal life too much.

But on Monday morning the Murder Mystery star appeared in a video where she was at ease in her Bel-Air, California mansion with her dogs.

The Friends actress, 53, also shared flashback photos from her youth for the video which was an ad to plug the brand Vital Proteins which she reps. ‘This was fun,’ wrote the blonde beauty in her Instagram caption. ‘Wellness is vital.’

The ex of Brad Pitt was also spotted drinking coffee in her kitchen.And at one point Aniston is seen in her living room putting a record on an old fashioned looking record player.

The star bought her Bel-Air home for in with then husband Justin Theroux and they did many renovations. She kept the house in the divorce.

The actress has suffered from sleep problems for decades and admitted to People that she often she worries she won’t be able to fall asleep, causing stress at night.
