The mother of two, 26, reshared a photo of a brunette in a crop top showing off her huge baby bump while posing in red Khy sweats.
She posted it on her Instagram Story with no caption.
Fans went wild over the shot, mistaking the woman in the photo for Kylie – although it was actually her pregnant friend, Lauren Perez.
Amid the speculation, Kourtney posted a snap of Kylie modeling in a nude bra and low-slung jeans.
The 44-year-old e shared a shot of her sibling on her lifestyle brand, Poosh’s Instagram account on Wednesday.
The caption read: When it comes to bras, we’ve got the scoop. Find our top picks for whatever your holiday party neckline may be.”
Kylie, who is currently dating actor Timothee Chalamet, 27, shares her daughter Stormi, five, and son Aire, one, with her ex Travis Scott, 32.
The former couple called it quits in December 2022 but have been co-parenting their kids.
Kylie has had several rumors regarding a supposed pregnancy circulating since her relationship with Timothee went public earlier this year.
Fans first discussed pregnancy rumors after the star made a public appearance in November.
The business mogul accepted her Wall Street Journal Magazine Innovator Award, and fans were quick to spot a detail suggesting she might be expecting.

She wore a dark brown dress from her brand Khy while attending the event.
Fans were quick to notice that Kylie held her hand over her stomach during the evening.

Meanwhile, Kourtney gave birth to a baby son, Rocky Thirteen Barker, with her husband Travis Barker on November 1.
While Kourtney has remained in hiding since giving birth, her husband Travis Barker, 47, was busy hanging out with N8NOFACE last Thursday.
