Fierce battle: Salma Hayek revealed her Frida film shoot was marred when a monkey viciously attacked herin a video posted by Vogue on Friday; pictured Wednesday

The photo, taken by Annie Leibovitz for Vogue, was inspired by Salma’s then-recent appearance in Frida as the title character.

‘This next one is 2002 when I did Frida and this was in Vogue, and I was very proud to be part of Vogue for the first time in my life,’ she said.
