Beyoncé splashes the cash as she drinks luxury wine worth £1,730 a BOTTLE at husband Jay-Z’s lavish 54th birthday celebration in France

Beyoncé  and husband Jay-Z well and truly splashed out to celebrate his 54th birthday in France earlier this month as they sipped on extremely expensive wine.

The hitmaker, 42, and the rapper enjoyed a luxury French bottle, costing nearly £2,000, which is £400 a glass, as they celebrated with friends – including  A-listers such as Rihanna and Kris Jenner.

First up was the ’73 Chateau Petrus checking in at £1,730 a bottle followed by a 1969 Chateau d’Yquem, the same as his birthday year, at £800.

The couple also enjoyed a £800 ’73 of the same bottle bringing the bill total to over a whopping £3,000 for three bottles of wine.

Taking to Instagram to share a glimpse of the celebrations, Beyonce captured the Empire State Of Mind hitmaker flashing a cheerful smile towards the camera as he held two of the bottles of wine in his hand.

Beyonce also paused for a quick snap as she sipped on a glass of red wine while seated at the long table alongside other guests.

Lastly, the beauty shared an image of another bottle of wine that appeared to be signed by others that attended the memorable party.

The alcohol is not the only thing the Crazy In Love singer cashed out on for the lavish party, as she wore a $5,000 outfit.  

During the celebrations, which lasted several days, Beyonce – who recently celebrated the 10th anniversary of her self-titled album – wowed in an assortment of snaps shared to Instagram as she flaunted her figure at the festivities.

The songstress uploaded photos from a lavish dinner and donned a nude-colored, $1,150 Prada bodysuit that was made of a sheer material.

She also put on a leggy display wearing pearl gray, $2,750 Prada shorts that sparkled under the bright lights.

Her long locks were parted in the middle, and partially pulled back away from her face, allowing loose strands to border the sides of her face.

Beyonce accessorized the glammed up look with cat-eyed sunglasses as well as a pair of large, sparkling hooped earrings.

Throughout the evening, the Grammy winner also donned a stylish, fuzzy coat to help her stay warm in the cooler temperatures.

In one snap, the performer could be seen posing outdoors on what appeared to be a wooden balcony.

The dark, night sky stretched out behind her as she casually leaned against the railing for a fashionable pose.

In various other snaps, Beyonce returned indoors to better show off her ensemble while standing in front of a plain curtain in the corner of a room.

She also included special moments from the scrumptious dinner that she helped put together during her husband’s birthday festivities near Bordeaux, France.

According to the French news network called TF1, per People, the birthday festivities were spread out throughout the course of several days and held at the Chateau Smith Haut Lafitte vineyards.

Along with a scrumptious dinner inside the chateau, guests also had the chance to enjoy a ride on the Venice Simplon Orient Express train.

One of the fun experiences to celebrate Jay-Z’s 54th birthday was a tasting at the Château Pétrus, and vintage bottles from the year 1969 were served to pay tribute to the rapper’s birth year.
