Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez are reportedly buying a $40 M waterfront property on Star Island in Miami Beach.

Built in 2003, the estate sold for $25.5 M in 2011. It was one of Miami Beach’s most expensive sales. The owner renovated and expanded the home to make it grander.

The almost 15,000-square-foot home has 10 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, and two half-baths. An elevator, wine room, library or den, wet bar, and many patios and terraces with Miami skyline and Biscayne Bay views are luxurious amenities.

The living room leads to a formal dining room. The kitchen is industrial and the great room opens to the pool.

A second-floor “principal suite” has a sitting room, office, and two large terraces. The en suite bathroom has a walk-in closet, onyx and glass steam shower, and spa tub.
