Nina Lets Carly Have It As She Turns The Heat On For Michael

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal Nina Reeves Corinthos (Cynthia Watros) isn’t done making waves with her family just yet — nor her nemesis. Nina almost seemed sincere when she popped in on Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) to offer her confession — coupled with an apology — just over a week ago.

But it quickly became clear to Carly that Nina was only there because Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) made it known he expected her to come clean and say she was sorry. Is she though?

When Nina rears her head in Carly’s direction this week, she’ll relish the chance to bite back and remind Carly where she sits — and who may not actually be on her side: Her own son, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell).

General Hospital Spoilers — Carly and Nina, Take Two

Carly and Nina have already gone round for round over this in Carly’s lake house foyer. It didn’t end well as she relayed her mother had just died — and Nina left with her tail between her legs knowing it was the worst possible time for her to have confessed all of this.

Nonetheless, she did what she came to do — apart from crucifying Michael in the process. That would come later — and later is now.

GH Spoilers Hint Michael Gets Thrown Under the Bus

When Nina hurled the truth at Carly — that her son knew what she had done for months and kept it from the two most important women in his life — it was clear things shifted for Carly.

Michael and Carly may be able to work this out after some serious discussion. Carly would never abandon her son, but she’s going to be rattled that Michael would have let this go on for so long just to stick it to Nina.

His desire to have control over Willow’s relationship with her mother was more important to him than seeing to it that Sonny, Carly, and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) had this information they were very deserving of — not to mention Willow herself!

General Hospital Spoilers — Sorry Not Sorry

It’s clear that Nina is hardly apologetic for what she has done. With tears in her eyes, she can insist that she would do it all differently if she could go back, but no one will let her get away with that while knowing she had so much time to come forward and tell the truth but didn’t.

But the icing on the cake will be how apparent it is to the whole family that Nina was itching to tell Carly the truth about Michael. She was never going to apologize for her own misdeeds and give him cover.

Carly and Willow may not chastise her for it, but Sonny just might. Stay tuned for more GH news and spoilers to see how this shakes out.
