Darin figured that it was best to set the record straight about all of his comings and goings on the show. He stated that even though he returned last week for a handful of shows, he is not back on contract.
The handsome actor put it this way, “So far, that’s kind of the extent of it. “It is what it is. You know, I’ve been in this business for a long time and know soaps and I know things change and stories move and everything just kind of changes sometimes. I was there for 10 years, you know, and it’s like my second family. And I’ll always remember and never forget all the stuff that I experienced there. [Executive Producer/Head Writer] Brad Bell and the family and everybody just sort of created an incredible past 10 years for me.”
That’s definitely not the news that The Bold and the Beautiful fans wanted to hear as they were hoping that Darin would stick around a little bit longer or better yet, have a storyline of his own.
