Erin Moriarty emerged for the first time in public since abruptly quitting Instagram after Megyn Kelly alleged she underwent plastic surgery to ‘completely change her face.’
Amid her decision to take some time off social media following an explosive episode of The Megyn Kelly Show, in which the talk show host, 53, accused her getting numerous cosmetic procedures, the 29-year-old actress enjoyed some quality time with her two dogs in Los Angeles, California on Wednesday.
The Boys star showcased her natural complexion while going makeup-free as she took a leisurely stroll around her neighborhood.
For her laid-back excursion, the performer, who was rocking a blue manicure, wore a charcoal grey and white zip-up hoodie, black leggings and a pair of striped slides.

She was also wearing a dog carrier sling, but opted to carry one of her pooches as the other roamed off-leash by her side.
Despite attempting to spend less time online due to the ‘harassment’ caused by Kelly’s comments, Moriarty was glued to her phone.
Over the weekend, she hit back at Kelly’s claims in a lengthy Instagram post and accused the media personality of ‘bullying’ her.
‘We’re all subject to levels of bullying throughout our lives but I am horrified,’ Moriarty wrote, noting that Kelly used an image from before her 21st birthday to compare the differences to her current appearance.
She continued: ‘And I specifically thought that as I emerge this period of time – so stressed that I have BARELY been able to eat and sleep – I thought ok, I’m going to emerge this 10 pounds thinner and the verbal abuse/ accusations will be flying.’
While Moriarty said she was expecting viewers to suspect she was on drugs or hit her with ‘a flippant ‘just eat a burger’ comment’, she was stunned by the hostile reaction that came instead.
‘To receive a message about a disgustingly false, counterproductive to the degree of being ironically misogynistic video of Megyn Kelly commenting on the manner (sic) – to learn the widespread nature of this has left me horrified.’
Although Kelly claimed in her appearance that the image of Moriarty, which the actress shared recently on her Instagram before deleting it, was from ‘a year ago’, Moriarty said it was actually far older.

She said the picture ‘had in actuality been taken about a decade ago before I was of LEGAL DRINKING AGE’, and called on Kelly to ‘maybe do some research that would take 30 seconds.’
‘How utterly misinformed, inaccurate and clickbait seeking people who we follow and consider to be informed is appalling,’ Moriarty said in the furious post, which contained a number of grammatical errors.
Moriarty, who has 1.9 million Instagram followers, deleted all her posts, apart from her statement about Kelly.
Her post has received 135,000 likes, including thumbs-up from Chace Crawford, Jack Quaid and screenwriter Eric Kripke.

Kripke commented: ‘Love you. Seriously they can f**k off… beyond the cruelty, it’s just patently false. Be kind, people.’
The remarks in question came in Kelly’s podcast earlier this month with journalist Michael Knowles, where she accused Moriarty of ‘completely changing her face’ with plastic surgeries.
While speaking about Moriarty, Kelly said: ‘She’s got the Kim Kardashian lips. She’s made her nose so skinny it looks like a pencil now.’
The podcast host also speculated the actress got ‘cheek implants.’
Kelly sparked backlash with a recent podcast appearance, where she said Moriarty ‘got the Kim Kardashian lips’ and ‘made her nose so skinny, it looks like a pencil now’
In response, Moriarty said the ‘before’ image was taken a decade ago, and her changed look was only due to ‘contouring’

‘More and more young women are doing this,’ she said. ‘It’s not about an objection to plastic surgery, it’s about an obsession with turning yourself into this fake version of yourself… I find it like a sign of mental illness.’
The mother-of-three continued: ‘It’s extremely upsetting. It’s just a massive turnoff to me. I really want to get in the heads of these young girls and say, ‘Please don’t do this.”
