Question : Besides F1 racing, what game do you like the most?

Verstappen : Don’t laugh: kart racing.

Question : What was the last movie that made you cry?

Verstappen : I’m actually a fan of comedy movies. I like to laugh and watch goofy fun movies. The sillier the movies, the funnier they are (laughs).

Question : What are you most afraid of?

Verstappen : I think I’m like everyone else: I don’t like spiders and sharks.

Question : What was the last book you read?

Verstappen : The 2 books I read recently are: The biography of Johan Cruyff, the Dutch football legend, and his book on teaching football.

Question : What do teachers comment on your grade book?

Verstappen : Every year it’s the same: ‘you will get better results if you work harder’. But I hate that.

Question : Are you addicted to any food?

Verstappen : I like sparkling drinks (laughs).

Question : Do you collect anything?

Verstappen : No.

Question : What do you miss most about home when you go away?

Verstappen : Family and friends.

Question : Worst thing you’ve ever bought?

Verstappen : I’m not sure I’ve ever bought something like that. I always think before buying. Just like when I bought the Playstation. I take it with me everywhere to play FIFIA.

Question : What is the most embarrassing mistake you’ve ever made?

Verstappen : One time I crashed in the pitlane

Question : When was the last time you got really angry?

Verstappen : A few days ago. At the US GP.

Question : If you had super powers, would you want to fly or be invisible?

Verstappen : I want to be able to fly. Because Iron Man or Spider-Man needs armor and silk. But you won’t need such equipment (if you can fly yourself).

Question : Do you sing in the shower?

Verstappen : Not once.

Question : Do you believe in love at first sight?

Verstappen : It could happen. So I believe.

Question : What’s the worst thing about becoming famous?

Verstappen : Recognized everywhere. Sometimes it’s nice to get noticed, but not always. Sometimes you just want to be alone.

Question : If you could invite 3 people, whether alive or dead, to dinner. Who will you invite?

Verstappen : My best friends.

Question : What’s the best thing about being a kid?

Verstappen : No worries. No one writes stupid stories about you. You can be yourself and do crazy things.

Question : What should everyone do at least once in their lifetime?

Verstappen : Everyone is different. For me, it’s driving an F1 car. For others, perhaps bungee jumping or flying to the moon.
