Britney, 35, later revealed the secret to her svelte figure when she shared a video of herself in the gym with a trainer shouting encouragement.
She captioned the snaps “Blessed day” and her fans were quick to gush over her incredible body, with one commenting: “Look very gorgeous Britney.”

Britney is believed to be dating Royal Personal Training staffer Sam Asghari, whom she met on the set of her Slumber Party music video.
