The point of the Cardi’s new pictures, however, was to show off her sleek platinum hairdo sprayed with colorful crosses.

She revealed in her caption that the design was inspired by a wig from Alfred Lewis lll, an influencer who uses both ‘he’ and ‘they’ pronouns.

Alfred recently plugged the CHROME X UNIT wig in an Instagram video set to music by Cardi’s longtime rival Nicki Minaj.

Cardi is famously candid about her extensive use of plastic surgery, including the operation she had last August to extract the biopolymers from her rear end.

‘In August I got surgery and I removed 95% of my biopolymers… if you don’t know what it is, it’s a** shots. It was a really crazy process,’ she said in December.

‘All I’m going to say is that if you’re young, if you’re 19, 20, 21, and sometimes you’re too skinny, and you be like: “OMG I don’t have enough fat to put in my a**” so you result to a** shots, DON’T!’ Cardi urged her fans on Instagram Live.

During her pre-fame days as a New York City stripper, she once had her derriere illegally injected with silicone in a basement.

Years ago she shared that she got the illicit buttock augmentation partly because a man dumped her for a woman with ‘a fat, big a**.’

There was also a financial incentive for the procedure, as she noticed other strippers with larger behinds managing to out-earn her, she told GQ.

After she got her basement injections for $800 she wound up in such terrible pain ‘I felt like I was gonna pass out,’ on top of which the implants leaked for five days.

She reversed course shortly thereafter, procuring a nose job in 2020 and then having ‘my body done’ last year after giving birth to Wave.

Early this year, the Bodak Yellow hitmaker appeared on The Jason Lee Show and once again claimed to be ‘done’ with plastic surgery.
