That’s right, Erik ten Hag, the manager of Manchester United, has worn the same outfit for three days in a row.
For The Reds, the 52-year-old just signed a three-year deal with a “record-breaking” pay.
But even though he was about to become the highest-paid Dutch player in Premier League history, he didn’t change out of his clean white kit for 72 hours, even though he went to two places.
“Perhaps one of the most impressive tricks pulled by a United staff member this season,” a person said.
“He went to an Italian restaurant and was careful not to get marinara sauce on his white sweater.” That’s skill.
“He also went to the Ivy, where he would have had a great meal and not wasted a single drop.”
It’s either he wears a bib or he eats squeaky clean! You’d think he’d have a closet full of clothes with all that cash.
“They look like the same old clothes, but they might be new.”
On Thursday, the United boss was seen leaving the Lowry Hotel.
He ate at The Ivy on Friday and San Carlos on Saturday. Both of these restaurants are in the center of Manchester.
When Ten Hag was hired as manager in April, he told United’s website, “It is an honor to be manager of Manchester United, and I am very excited about the challenge ahead.”
