Sam Pulls Dante Into Jason’s Dilemma — And She May Come To Regret It

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) was stunned when Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) told her what he’s really been up to over the last two years that he was missing in action and presumed dead.

Having to digest how wrong she was about him, Sam left Corinthos Coffee kicking herself and wondering whether Jason’s new status as an FBI informant would bring any more or less danger than his status as a member of the mob always had. It’s a question she never imagined she would ask herself.

General Hospital Spoilers — Dante Falconeri Can Help

Dante may be able to give Sam an assist here by cluing her into who in the FBI could be pulling strings to keep Jason wrapped around their finger.

Sam is a private investigator. She can never resist the urge to solve a mystery — even when it’s none of her business.

That being said, she will deem this her business because it involves the father of her child — even if she’s selective about when she cares about that familial attachment.

Will Dante be able to lend any insight into Jason’s situation, and will he be comfortable with how invested Sam becomes in figuring it out?

GH Spoilers – Hint Jason Morgan Isn’t In The Mob Anymore

Sam was noticeably taken aback when Jason told her why he had been missing for the last two years and that it was never of his own volition.

Reiterating that he would never choose to leave his family, Sam looked like she had known that all along and just needed to hear him say it.

Now, she might be kicking herself for not trusting that he had a good reason for his absence instead of assuming the worst of a man she’s always trusted and thought of as having the utmost integrity.

Knowing he’s no longer in the mob and is now working for the right side of the law could reshape the way Sam sees Jason — especially as it pertains to Danny Morgan’s (Asher Antonyzyn) involvement with him.

General Hospital Spoilers — This Could Change Everything

It’s a very thin line between love and hate, and the way that Sam feels about Jason may not have changed over the years as much as she thought.

Initially wanting a divorce because his line of work was far too dangerous, Sam wrote Jason off as an impossibility in her life.

She stayed angry with him when he came back from the grave because that was easier than admitting to herself what she really felt — while at the same time grieving that she may lose the new man in her life, Dante.

Will Jason’s shift from bad boy to FBI informant make Sam feel safe in his presence again — to the point that she may start to rethink ever having let him go?

What will that mean for her fragile relationship with Dante in the wake of him being shot? Stay tuned for more GH news and spoilers to find out.

Boris Johnson has attacked the growing scourge of ‘thought police’ in Sir Keir Starmer’s Britain, comparing it to ‘the Soviet Union at its worst’. Writing in today’s Daily Mail, the former prime minister says investigations by police into comments on social media come ‘straight out of 1980s Romania, and the horrible curtain-twitching culture by which people reported on their friends – even their family members’. It comes amid an increasing backlash over ‘non-crime hate incidents’, where already overstretched officers probe comments and actions not considered serious enough to constitute an offence.
