UFC champion Ronda Rousey has unleashed her wrestling moves on Footy Show hosts Paul ‘Fatty’ Vautin and Erin Molan live on air.
The 28-year-old mixed martial artist tested out her skills by first placing Vautin in a choke-hold, before grabbing Molan in an armlock.
The women’s bantamweight champion first placed her arm around a nervous Vautin’s neck, telling him to ‘tap on it when it really starts to hurt’. Vautin lasted less than two seconds.

Vautin was left red-faced after the move, pretending he ‘couldn’t talk’ and looking shocked.
Next up was Molan who wanted to be shown how to do an armbar defence move – which can brake a person arm if done correctly.
Before Rousey started the host made reference to a previous incident when Ben Ross broke his arm during an arm-wrestling stunt on the show.
