The plot follows Gabriel, a federal fugitive wanted for murder, and his girlfriend Carly as they hide out in a seedy, run-down motel. Their anxious night takes a horrifying turn when they begin to hear disturbing sounds through the paper-thin walls of their room. Initially thinking the noises might be from a TV or an argument in another room, they soon discover that the source of the sounds is far more sinister: the infamous Pale Face killer, a cold and calculated murderer whose brutal legacy has haunted the town for decades.
