Manchester City star Erling Haaland has admitted he dreams of Kevin De Bruyne ‘every night’ after they combined for the Norwegian’s second goal against West Ham.
The pair linked up during City’s 2-0 win on Sunday as De Bruyne assisted Haaland with a sublime through ball before the Norwegian finished past Alphonse Areola.
They are set to play together at the Etihad Stadium for the first time in the Premier League this weekend as Pep Guardiola’s side host Bournemouth.

The Belgian assisted Haaland for his second goal and the pair have connected off the pitch too
And City fans will be delighted to see their off-field connection is blossoming along with their chemistry on the pitch after a hilarious Instagram exchange.
Haaland posted a photo on the app at a restaurant with the caption: ‘About to order the whole menu.’
De Bruyne replied in the comments section and said: ‘You want me to hold the menu and assist you?’
To which Haaland replied: ‘Yes, I’m dreaming of it every night. Don’t know why.’

De Bruyne jokingly responded to Haaland in reference to the goal he assisted in Sunday’s win
The £51million striker responded to his team-mate and said he is ‘dreaming of it every night’
The Norwegian arrived at City for a £51million fee this summer from Borussia Dortmund.
Despite missing multiple chances in their Community Shield defeat to Liverpool, Haaland showed no such problems on Sunday at the London Stadium with his brace.
He was blistering on his Premier League debut, showing his pace to win a penalty he finished himself, before latching on to the aforementioned De Bruyne through ball and slotting home to secure a double.
City scored 99 goals in the league last year and now adding someone who netted 86 times in 89 games for Borussia Dortmund, you do fear for Premier League defences this season.
Scott Parker’s Bournemouth, who themselves opened up with a superb 2-0 win over Aston Villa, will have to be at their best if they are to stop City’s world class duo on Saturday.
