Arsenal winger Bukayo Saka took to his Instagram page to wish Nigeria a happy 63rd independence Day celebration.
Bukayo Saka, who was born to Nigerian parents Adenike and Yomi Saka, celebrated his nation as they marked 63 years.
The England International was born in Ealing, Greater London, and though he was eligible to play for the Super Eagles of Nigeria – he opted to play for The Three Lions.
Saka shared an image that he took in Lagos during the summer on his Instagram page as he celebrated the West African giants.
In the image the Arsenal sensation shared, he could be seen with a smiling group of Nigerians as he posed for a selfie with them.
Bukayo Saka also adorned a white and green outfit and tagged the image: “Happy Independence Day Nigeria !”

Mikel Arteta recently revealed that Bukayo Saka picked up a ‘pretty bad knock’ during 4-0 win against Bournemouth last weekend.
In his post-match press conference, Arteta said: “It was a pretty bad knock. I don’t know how he’s feeling now, I haven’t had chance to speak to him. But hopefully we can get him back.”
“I think it was a stamp in the same area but Gabi was limping as well after the game so let’s see how they are.”
Saka, 22, was a late call into the Arsenal side for their trip to the Vitality Stadium after suffering an injury against Tottenham last weekend.
