“St. Jetersberg” to make way for 30,000-square-foot luxe manse
Will another home ever have so many championship rings under its roof?
The 22,000-square-foot Davis Islands home formerly owned by former New York Yankees shortstop Derek Jeter and briefly rented by recently retired Super Bowl ring collector Tom Brady will be demolished to make way for an even bigger mansion, the Tampa Times reported.
Construction on the new mansion, by Ellison Construction, is set to begin next year and is expected to take three years to complete.
The new owner is identified only as “Zebb.com Trust” on property records, with ties to the cryptocurrency app Zebb.com, which enables Indian rupee investments in Bitcoin.
Health care entrepreneur and philanthropist Siddhartha Pagidipati and his wife, Ami Pagidipati, have been linked to the property on voter registration records, according to the outlet.
The new mansion, designed by the Landry Design Group and interior designer Annette English, will have six bedrooms, nine full bathrooms, 11 half-bathrooms, a gym, and a swimming pool.

“We know this is one of the most-watched pieces of real estate in Tampa Bay, and we’re excited to give everyone a first look at the special family home coming to this unique location,” Casey Ellison, CEO of Ellison Cos., said, according to the outlet.
The owner intends to donate materials from the existing home, including furniture and appliances, to Habitat for Humanity of Hillsborough County, to support the group’s affordable housing initiatives.
Jeter and his wife Hannah had the original home built for their family. They subsequently rented out “St. Jetersburg” to Brady and his then-wife Gisele Bündchen when Brady was quarterback of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The Jeters sold the home in 2022 for a Tampa Bay-area record $22.5 million.
The 1.3-acre property that the Jeters sold features 345 feet of open bay frontage, nearly 9,000 square feet of covered porches and balconies, a dock with two boat lifts, a heated spa and an 80-foot saltwater lap pool.
The seven-bedroom, eight-bathroom and eight half-bathroom house has a wine cellar, movie theater, gym, six-car air conditioned garage, and guest quarters.
