Released in 2011, Reeves and Grant’s first collaboration was on a book titled “Ode to Happiness”. The book featured Reeves’ poetry accompanied by illustrations completed by Grant.

Five years later, Reeves and Grant’s second book which was titled “Shadows” was published. Similar to the first book, “Shadows” featured Reeves’ writing and Grant’s art. However, instead of providing illustrations for their second collaboration, Grant’s visuals were photos she took of Reeves in various shadows.

After working on a pair of books together, Reeves and Grant clearly enjoyed collaborating. That fact is clear for two reasons, the most obvious of which is that they became a couple in the years that followed.
