The couple have been married since 2005 and raise two children together; Exton Elias Downey, five, and Avri Roel Downey, two.
In May, Downey told Howard Stern that he was keen to get Gwyneth back into the Iron man films so they can hook up.
‘My free pass – because her and Susan are such good friends – is Paltrow,’ he revealed.
But there is a catch: the cameras have to be ‘rolling on a take’ for them to legally lock lips.

Some had theorized Gwyneth had secretly got engaged to real life boyfriend, producer Brad Falchuk.
