The 32-year-old screen star, whose character Daenerys Targaryen battled Queen Cersei Lannister (Lena Headey) in the King’s Landing, pulled a terrified facial expression as she held a bottle of Dom Pérignon against her mouth — joking she downed a bottle of champagne in order to get through watching the series.

Sharing a throwback snap from her dressing room, the Solo: A Star Wars Story actress sported a snug wig cap as she raised her hand in shock.
The award-winning star claimed the vintage alcohol not only helped her watch the episode, but also aided her in building up the strength to attack her character’s fierce rivals.

Emilia’s snap comes after she revealed she’s still ‘determined to lead a normal life’ despite shooting to fame on one of the biggest TV shows.
In a recent interview with told Allure magazine, the Me Before You star explained: ‘I move like a shark when I’m in public. Head down. I think I’ve got quite bad posture because of it, because I’m determined to lead a normal life.

‘So I just move too quickly for anyone to register if it’s me or not. And I don’t walk around with six security men and big sunglasses and a bizarre coat. I really try to meld in.’
Recent months have seen Emilia speak candidly about her life away from the show, as she revealed in March that she suffered two brain aneurysms.
The Westminster native also recently admitted she couldn’t even look at herself in the mirror after she underwent surgery following the second aneurysm, which nearly killed her.

Emilia also told Stylist magazine her close call has also led her to reassess how she looks at herself over time, and it took time before she was truly at peace with her appearance.
In her open letter in The New Yorker, Emilia explained that she had just finished filming the first season of the HBO series when she had her first brain aneurysm while working out with a personal trainer.
She said that once she returned to shoot the second season she had no time to ‘question her own mortality’ because she was too busy playing a ‘bada*s character who walked through fire’.
