Travis Kelce gives Taylor Swift a ‘shout-out’ ahead of her Eras Tour concerts in Brazil

Travis Kelce gave girlfriend Taylor Swift a playful “shout-out” on his “New Heights” podcast for putting him “on the map.”

During Friday’s episode of the hit podcast, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end and brother Jason Kelce looked over some recent fan art, one of which featured an ongoing joke that Swift made the former famous by dating him.

The piece showed an animated drawing of Kelce wearing a shirt with his face on the map of the United States of America.

“On the map,” Travis said, reading the shirt. “Putting, obviously, my face on the map… shout-out to Taylor.”

Following news of the pair’s budding romance in September, Swifties started pranking NFL fans by telling them Swift put Kelce “on the map” — insinuating that the two-time Super Bowl champion was unknown until the pop star came around.

He gave her a “shout-out” while reacting to fan art.

The trend quickly took over TikTok, with football fans reacting with shock — and often anger — over the suggestion that Kelce, who is arguably one of the best tight ends ever, was less known than Swift.

Even “Real Housewives of New York City” alum Bethenny Frankel weighed in on the situation at the time, saying she had “never heard the man’s name in [her] life” until he started dating the “Anti-Hero” singer.

“It’s not only that she put him on the map – she drew the map, she charted the course that we’re gonna take when we utilize the map, and she took him like a claw in the arcade as a toy and put him on the map,” Frankel said in a TikTok.

Fans have joked for months that Swift made the two-time Super Bowl champion famous — despite being one of the best players in the NFL.

The hunky NFL star, 34, seemingly took the joke in stride, commenting on the funny situation during another one of his podcast episodes last month.

“We are officially on the map. Both Travis and I have officially been put on the map,” Jason joked after their podcast reached No. 1 across various platforms due to the Swifties’ support.

“Just when you think you been skatin’ away from it,” responded Travis, who hardly contained his laughter.

However, the Kansas City Chiefs has gone along with the jokes.

Last weekend, the NFL player flew to Argentina to watch one of the pop star’s “electric” Eras Tour shows.

While Travis has made it clear that he wants to “keep his personal life personal,” he often shares little tidbits about the pair’s romance on the pod.

Earlier this week, the “Catching Kelce” star gushed about joining the 12-time Grammy winner, 33, for her Eras Tour concerts in Argentina.

Following a charity event on Nov. 9, the NFL player flew down to South America to support his leading lady.

Although her Friday night show was rescheduled due to rain, Travis was there for her “electric” performance Saturday — and the duo surely put on a show.

Swift seemingly dedicated several songs to the football star — even mentioning him during her final set — before rushing off stage to kiss him after the show.

While Travis won’t be in attendance at her concerts in Brazil over the weekend, Swift is reportedly planning to fly back to Kansas City Monday to watch her beau take on the Philadelphia Eagles.
