Taylor Swift‘s parents will not be at Arrowhead Stadium Monday after taking a rain check on their plans to meet her boyfriend Travis Kelce‘s family, according to a report.
The pop star, 33, is not in attendance for her NFL beau and the Chiefs’ Super Bowl rematch against the Philadelphia Eagles – her childhood team – after rearranging one of her Ears Tour shows from Saturday to Monday night in Rio de Janeiro due to extreme heat – after a fan died prior to her concert on Friday.
And, her parents, Andrea and Scott Swift, will also be absent, despite initial reports that they intended to watch their daughter’s boyfriend in action, according to TMZ.
It would have been the first time the Swifts have attended one of Kelce’s game and they are reportedly set to meet his parents, Donna and Ed Kelce, marking a major step in his blossoming romance with the pop superstar.
But with the songstress unable to make the game due to her rescheduled show, her parents reportedly have decided it ‘didn’t make sense’ for them to meet the Kelces without her present.

Monday Night Football is set to re-hash this past season’s Super Bowl – as the Chiefs and the Eagles are set to clash at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City.
It is a big game in the Kelce household as the Week 11 matchup pits the two Kelce brothers against each other once again with Travis and the Chiefs taking on his brother Jason and Philadelphia.
Donna cheered on both her sons as she wore her customary half-and-half shirt as she served soup at the tailgate before sheltering inside a suite at Arrowhead on the wet Monday night.
Despite, the Love Story singer and her folks being unable to link up with Donna and Ed at Arrowhead, the two families are reportedly still holding out they could spend Thanksgiving together.
According to TMZ, later this week the families could gather for Thanksgiving at Travis’s new $6million home in Kansas City.
TMZ adds that Travis and Taylor are still working out how they will celebrate Christmas together, with the Kelce and the Chiefs playing the Raiders in Kansas City on Christmas Day.
Travis splashed out on the luxury property last month because he wanted extra privacy.
The mansion has a swimming pool, waterfall and a mini golf course – enough to entertain the many guests he looks set to welcome.

Donna and Taylor have met multiple times before – the first time Taylor was at a Chiefs game, she was stood alongside Donna in the Kelce suite at Arrowhead Stadium.
Scott and Travis also have already met before – and were seen standing together at one of Taylor’s shows in Buenos Aires, Argentina earlier this month.
‘He’s a huge football guy – he played college ball. I believe a year at Hawaii and then a year or two – I forget how long her was there – at Delaware,’ Kelce revealed about Swift’s dad on the brothers’ New Heights podcast.
‘I think he was a linebacker-turned center… he’s a tall guy – about 6-foot-2-inches.’
Jason Kelce, who is one of the most high-profile centers in professional football, responded: ‘We’re going to have to get together and talk some center shop one day.’
It could have been an interesting matchup for the Swifts with their loyalties for the Monday Night Football game lie unclear.
Swift grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia before moving to Nashville, Tennessee aged 14 and is a renowned Eagles fan and was spotted in the team’s sweatshirt only in June.
The 12-time Grammy Award winner even references the NFL franchise in her song Gold Rush from the Evermore album, singing, ‘Eagles t-shirt hanging from the door’.

The Anti-Hero hitmaker’s dad is also a big NFL fan with Chiefs head coach Andy Reid, who previously coached Philadelphia from 1999–2012, drafting the older Kelce brother Jason in 2011, revealing last month that he had met Scott and the songstress when she was growing up.
Appearing on OutKick’s The Five Spot with Donovan McNabb in October, Reid revealed his relationship with Swift and her family goes way back.
He told McNabb: ‘You know what? Like you, I knew her from Philadelphia. You know, her dad is a big NFL fan, so I had met her when she was really young and her dad. So you know, I joked about setting Kelce up, but you know, I’m just saying, you know.’
Jason’s Eagles team have the best record in the NFL as it stands, on 8-1, but Travis and the Chiefs are not too far back on 7-2.
