Accordingly, this statement by female idol Jennie Blackpink is currently in the top 2 most searched keywords by the audience.

Specifically, Jennie previously shared on the Dua Lipa radio show: “Honestly, in the beginning of my career as a K-pop idol, many aspects of me were limited.

There are a lot of things I’m not allowed to express just because I’m a K-pop idol, and I used to be afraid to express myself.

Gradually as things developed over time, I was able to express myself and people saw it as a boundary-breaking act rather than “she’s doing something she’s not supposed to do.” .

Before Jennie’s shares, on online forums, the audience broke out in various controversies.

Accordingly, many viewers believe that because Jennie felt limited, she voluntarily participated in Hollywood’s 18+ movies, leading to a series of controversies.

Some others are upset and say that if a female idol feels she cannot develop herself, she can stop being a Kpop idol and leave the Blackpink group.

Other viewers advised Jennie to think carefully because “if she hadn’t become a Kpop idol, she wouldn’t be so famous and loved by so many people right now.”

They pointed out that Jennie was constantly criticized for being lazy on stage, being superficial in performing, and constantly being involved in dating noise.

Many people predicted there was a high possibility that Jennie would want to leave the Blackpink group after her contract ended, so she shared about the “dark corners” of being an idol.

However, there are also many viewers who argue that Jennie’s comments are not intentionally “degrading” her role as an idol.

Specifically, they said: “Jennie just wants to share her journey and of course any job has its pros and cons. Obviously, it’s not wrong that being an idol has some limitations. It’s just that because Jennie is too straightforward, many people misunderstand.”

Others believe that Jennie only said that the initial period was difficult and that things got better later, and did not mean to criticize being a Kpop idol.

Currently, the female idol’s shares continue to receive many mixed comments on social networking forums.
