Liverpool ready to ‘part ways’ with Salah to acquire this young player.

Liverpool could formulate a way to sign Kylian Mbappe, as they could secure the required funds with the sale of Mohamed Salah.

According to Team Talk, Liverpool could find a way to sign Kylian Mbappe and secure the finances to make a deal. The Merseysiders could envisage a massive sale of star man Mohamed Salah to secure the 24-year-old World Cup winner, with plenty of things happening in the background.

In the summer, Liverpool were on hand to reject a mammoth £150 million bid from Al Ittihad for Mohamed Salah. With the Saudi window remaining open a few days after the Premier League one shut, the Middle Eastern club might have returned with a new offer had the Merseysiders been willing to talk about the Egyptian.

Their stance may have softened, as Liverpool are now clearly thinking about the long-term future and what they could do with the money received from a mammoth sale. Suggestions are that they will sanction a move for more than £200 million.

If that happens, Liverpool will have plenty of cash to continue their recent rebuild. Ideally, Jurgen Klopp can bring in several players in different positions, but media reports state they could invest a large sum in securing Kylian Mbappe’s star signing.

Some reports have already suggested Liverpool have made an offer or are considering making one. Mbappe, for his part, has not indicated staying put at Paris Saint-Germain beyond the current season, after which he can move on as a free agent,

With suggestions of Liverpool not having the funds to sign Mbappe may take a different turn if they can sell Salah and invest the money. Large sums will go into the 24-year-old World Cup winner’s salary demands, but with him, Klopp will have an indeed world-class replacement for the Egyptian.

For years now, Mbappe seemed destined to join Real Madrid, but things have changed for the Spanish side in the last few months. Florentino Perez may have grown tired of all the controversies surrounding the Frenchman and decided to move on from his long-term target.

Liverpool might have a brilliant, once-in-a-lifetime chance to sign a player of Mbappe’s stature. Klopp could plan the move out with the club during the coming months, as the 24-year-old World Cup winner will surely leave PSG in the summer for free.
