A brilliant Nigerian lady named Vivian Davids has bagged a Petroleum Engineering degree with first class and was awarded the best graduating student at the University of Lagos, Nigeria.
Vivian bagged her bachelors degree in Petroleum and Gas Engineering with first-class honors at the University of Lagos Nigeria. She was awarded the best-graduating student of her department.
She was the only best female graduating student and the only first class female student in the university’s Engineering Department. Vivian shared on her twitter that she won many hats as a student.
Vivian served in multiple leadership roles while in the university. She was also awarded five different scholarships and awards as an undergraduate student.
Vivian also mentioned that she co-founded a Non governmental Organization and was the University of Lagos Engineering Society. Vivian had her undergraduate internship at Waltersmith Petroman Oil Limited.
She shared on LinkedIn that that the seven months internship at the Waltersmith Limited was engaging remarkable for her. Vivian stated that she worked on a mini project, two major projects, went on a field trip, and had her final presentation where she learnt different technical functions and gained experience.
