Ned Gives Nina A Second Chance, Agrees To Keep Quiet

General Hospital spoilers tease Nina Corinthos (Cynthia Watros) will have one more thing to worry about once she discovers that Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) seems to have regained his memories. As viewers may remember, Ned overheard Nina speaking with Martin Grey (Michael E Knight) about Drew Cain’s (Cameron Matheson) insider trading sentence.

Ned quickly realized that Nina has anonymously tipped off the SEC about the crime. In a rush to tell Drew, Ned slipped on a towel and fell into the pool. Ned almost died but was saved by Drew and the staff of General Hospital.

When he woke up, Ned believed that he was Eddie Maine, a name Ned used as a musician years ago. Ned’s subconscious created an alternate identity without any of Ned’s memories.

According to Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom),there wasn’t a physical issue that was causing the memory loss.

Nina was relived that her secret was safe for the moment since Ned had forgotten their last encounter. But someone else soon learned the truth.

GH Spoilers – Michael Corinthos Has Leverage On Nina Corinthos!

Even though Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) hates Nina, he can’t deny how happy she makes her new husband, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard). Michael and Sonny had been estranged for many months because of Sonny’s affair with Nina.

Up until recently, Michael had been looking for ways to hurt his step-father but Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) talked him out of his plans for revenge.

Not long after that, Michael was told that Nina was the SEC snitch. Michael decided not to tell Sonny but he couldn’t just let Nina off the hook.

General Hospital Spoilers – Michael Corinthos Wants To Control Nina Corinthos’ Time With Willow Tait

Even though he couldn’t tell Sonny at that moment, he confronted Nina about being the SEC informant. He demanded that he wanted control of Nina’s access to Willow, so all future interactions would have to be approved by him.

Michael may soon lose his leverage now that Ned has his memory back. Look for Ned to request a meeting with Nina very soon. But Nina may very well be shocked when Ned tells her that he’s staying out of it.

Ned recently created an entire identity for himself because he didn’t want to deal with Ned’s drama. But he will likely remind Nina that the truth always comes out and she needs to be one to tell her own story before someone else does.
